Episode 04 is now live!

The fourth episode of our podcast on sustainable lighting design "Circularity in lighting design: strategies to minimize the environmental impact of lighting systems" is now live!

In this episode, we talk with Sebastian Knoche, leader of Trilux lighting research team and an active member of the European Repro-Light research project.

We discuss with Sebastian the outcomes of Repro-light, the lessons learned, as well as the myths and truths that every person working with lighting should take into consideration when having sustainability in focus.

What is Repro-Light?

Repro-light is a European research project that aims to support the European lighting industry in moving towards a more sustainable and competitive future. The Repro-light project harnesses innovative technologies and materials to design a modular luminaire architecture with a smart production scheme as part of the circular economy, a reconfigurable customised LED luminaire, the ‘Luminaire of the Future’.

Repro-light project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 768780.
